PAYMENTS AND FEES     All fees are payable at the beginning of each session. If you are covered by insurance which I do accept, your co-payment is all that you will be responsible for prior to the start of the session. My fee is $110 for a 50 minute session. Rates for longer sessions shall be prorated or will be negotiated prior to the session.   Should you require any other professional services outside of our sessions; the fees will be prorated on a basis of $120.00 per hour unless otherwise agreed. Please be aware that usually these fees will not be covered by your insurance and would need to be paid directly. These services could include meetings and presentations outside of the office, letters, and telephone consultations with outside professionals.     Sincerely,   Christine C.
